Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using TurboQuiz (the “Website”). By accessing or using TurboQuiz, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your school. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.

1. About Us

TurboQuiz is operated by Ed Punk Ltd (Company Number: 16760187), registered in England and Wales at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ. You can contact us at support@fetchdecodeexplain.com.

2. Who Can Use TurboQuiz

• TurboQuiz is available only to schools, teachers, and pupils whose school has registered with the service.
• Each school is responsible for ensuring that its pupils meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years old. TurboQuiz content is designed for pupils aged 14–16.
• Pupils and teachers must have a valid Google or Microsoft account under the school’s registered domain to log in.
• Schools are responsible for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent for pupils’ use of the Website.

3. Accounts and Access

• Every user must create or log in to an account to use TurboQuiz; there are no guest or public features.
• Schools manage which teachers and pupils can access TurboQuiz through their domain registration.
• Teachers can view and manage their pupils’ progress.
• Pupils can view only their own results and feedback.
• School managers can manage both teacher and pupil accounts within their school.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure through your chosen Google or Microsoft account.

4. Use of AI-Generated Marking and Feedback

• TurboQuiz uses artificial intelligence (AI) provided by OpenAI to mark exam-style answers and generate automated feedback.
• By using TurboQuiz, you consent to the processing of submitted answers by OpenAI for the purpose of generating feedback and grading support.
• No names or email addresses are sent to OpenAI.
• AI feedback is provided to support learning but may contain occasional inaccuracies or omissions. Teachers and pupils should review AI feedback critically and should not treat it as an official grade or assessment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TurboQuiz only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to access, copy, or modify the Website’s code or data.
• Share login credentials with unauthorised users.
• Use TurboQuiz in a way that disrupts service for others.
• Attempt to access data belonging to another school or user.

6. Availability and Maintenance

• We aim to keep TurboQuiz available at all times, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or updates.
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any loss of data or disruption resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or service interruptions.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of TurboQuiz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials, software, design, and content on TurboQuiz are owned by Ed Punk Ltd.
• You may use them solely for educational purposes within your school.
• You must not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TurboQuiz is provided “as is” for educational use. While we take care to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees that the Website or AI feedback will be error-free or uninterrupted. Ed Punk Ltd will not be liable for:

• any loss of data, service interruption, or technical issues;
• reliance on AI-generated feedback or marking; or
• indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of TurboQuiz will not exceed the amount (if any) paid by your school for the service.

10. Changes to TurboQuiz or These Terms

• We may update TurboQuiz or these Terms from time to time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes.
• When we do, the revised version will be posted on the Website with a new “last updated” date.
• Continued use of TurboQuiz after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
